Howe Building Renovation Location: 240 Sparks Street, Ottawa, ON Year Completed: 2003 Cost: $65 million Description: In light of Industry Canada's mandate to provide a sustainable design for the renovation of their offices, we were required to prepare a detailed report and guidelines for the entire scope of work, approximately $100 million worth of construction. This particular project marked the first time that Industry Canada incorporated sustainable design to this degree into their facility management, and as such, will become a benchmark for any future renovations and upgrades. 1 of 1
