Description: The redevelopment of a 1,000,000 square foot class “A” office complex, which began with a technical assessment that was the basis for the renovations. The atrium, all common areas, including multi-tenant corridors, elevator lobbies and washrooms, the elevators, mechanical and electrical systems were upgraded.
