A 9 storey, 160,000 sq. ft. office building which will house the regional corporate headquarters for Telus. The development includes 2 levels of underground parking and retail uses at the ground floor. At grade "marquee" wall elements acknowledge the pedestrian scale and heritage character of the retail streetscape. The project has been designed utilizing raised floor technology for the distribution of mechanical and electrical systems to the office areas, state of the art controls, and data management. The building, upon completion in January 2008, will be the first "LEED" silver office building in the City of Ottawa
