Description: A 5-storey, 60, 000 s.f. office building with ground floor retail uses and 2 levels of underground parking. 

The challenge for this project was to design a contemporary structure that was also sympathetic to the existing heritage fabric of the Byward Market.  This project was the recipient of the City of Ottawa’s Urban Design Award in the category of Commercial Infill.
