The objective of this project is the life
cycle redevelopment of a three level, 200,000 sq.ft. commercial
area.
The project vision is to create an exciting and unique
retail destination for Ottawa residents and tourists alike, via
a relocated food court and the enhancement of public areas and
tenant revitalization. Catering to the needs of the public service
office tower tenants will be a principal focus of the project
vision.
